The launch of the RMS220 series SLS 3D printer and the C220-P cleaning station further reinforces Raise3D’s commitment to innovation. Engineered for materials like PA12, PA11, and TPU, the RMS220 is tailored for industrial prototyping, tooling, and small-batch production. With a 75W laser and a scanning speed of 30,000 mm/s, it promises competitive throughput around 2.2 litres per hour at 20% refresh rate. Meanwhile, the C220-P cleaning station enhances workflow efficiency with intelligent purification and a compact design. While pricing details remain undisclosed, representatives confirm that European prices for the printer will retail at €27,000, with US prices to be confirmed due to tariff restrictions from China.

Like other competitors in its price range, the RMS220 features a removable build chamber with a generous build envelope of 220 x 220 x 350mm. To facilitate de-powdering, the chamber is equipped with wheels, allowing for safe and efficient handling, as these chambers can be quite heavy. The de-powdering and recycling station includes built-in gloves to securely contain the powder and prevent cross-contamination. Both the RMS220 and C220-P are designed with transportable wheels, creating a modular, easily swappable system suited for modern workspaces.
