MANUFACTURING STANDARDS

The table below gives an overview of the standards we produce parts to at SGD 3D, this includes:

The layer height / resolution that the relevant materials are expected to be printed in
Standard infill for all available materials on the instant quote system
Maximum deviation a printed part can have from its intended and original dimensions (tolerance limit)

For parts requiring FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports), these are available for an additional charge upon request.
