Here at SGD we use a number of different 3D printing processes to help us achieve the results you deserve:

Resin printing or otherwise known as SLA (Stereolithography) is the process of depositing a beam of light to project an image. This image cures a liquid (resin) that hardens when the UV light hits it. This process is incredibly accurate and can produce results as accurate as 50 microns. 

Fused printing or otherwise known as FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) is the process of depositing a line of hot molten plastic to form a layer. This plastic rapidly cools to create the shape / object desired. It’s an accurate process and can produce results up to 200 microns in accuracy.
